Re: J Rimell - Rate No.11427

      I am obliged by receipt of your letter of yesterday's date, and note that you have filed your report to the Court on the application of the Eastbourne Corporation. The Registrar has to-day kindly allowed my representative to inspect your report, and the paragraph concerning my Company's claim has been noted.

      I thank you for writing to the debtor pointing out that my Company is prepared to accept payment of £5 7s 9d. by installments of £1 a month. If Mr. Rimell is not agreeable to this arrangement, or failing a reply from him I shall consider applying for a Moratorium Order.
